Step-by-Step DIY Kombi Bed Installation

Removing Lash Loops & Installing Legs: Start by using the M10 Spline Tool to remove all lash loops. Then, attach the four upright legs. The front two should be bolted to the floor, while the rear two should have black thumb bolts for easy removal.

Fitting Side Brackets: Identify the hole above each wheel arch. In carpeted vans, cut the material to fit the bracket. Secure the side brackets with the provided 7/16 bolts, but do not fully tighten them yet.

Positioning the Bed: With the bed in a half-folded position and the hinges facing the rear, lift it onto the two front legs and side brackets with assistance. Attach the M10 nuts from underneath to secure the bed to the front legs and arch brackets.

Securing the Rear Section: Unfold the bed and secure the back section to the rear legs using the M10 wing nuts.

Final Tightening: Once all parts are in place, tighten all nuts and bolts with the 17mm spanner for the legs and side brackets.
